Inspired by Chef Ermelindo Firmani’s roots in Ascoli Piceno, the space features exposed brick, intimate tables, and a mural of his hometown — creating a warm, old-world atmosphere. Guests can watch fresh pasta being made and explore our centerpiece: a curated mozzarella bar with imported and house-pulled selections paired with seasonal vegetables, meats, and cheeses. Standout dishes include the pillowy ricotta gnocchi in tomato passata and the pan-roasted pork chop with broccoli rabe and guanciale mostarda.
